Maximum Video Recording Time (seconds) |
Determines the maximum length of time allowed for a single video recording. If a video recording for an interaction reaches the time limit, a new INUM Internal name for a single recorded communication session between the customer and the contact center. This could include an audio recording, screen recording, or an email. is created for the same interaction and recording continues. The result is multiple recording segments in the same interaction. Maximum Video Recording Size (MB) |
Determines the maximum file size allowed for a single video recording. If a video recording reaches the size limit, a new INUM is created for the same interaction and recording continues. The result is multiple recording segments in the same interaction. Recording segments are stitched during replay for seamless playback. Range: 200–750 (MB). Default: 500. |
Maximum Video Frame Size (bytes) |
Determines the maximum video frame size in bytes. The IP Recorder allocates video frame buffers using the size configured here. When a video frame exceeds the maximum size configured, the frame is truncated to the maximum size. Truncation results in a partial frame being written to disk, which impacts video recording quality. Range: 8192 B (8 KB) - 3145728 B (3 MB). Default: 65536 B (64 KB). |
