Start dates for campaigns
If a Start Date is configured in the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads., then the campaign starts at the specified time.
If no Start Date is configured in the campaign, then the circumstances of the configuration determine the start date for archiving.
