Edit a campaign

You can update the campaigns as necessary. You can modify the Name, Description, and enable/disable the selected campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads..

You cannot change the Type used in a defined campaign.

When you change a campaign name

If you change the campaign Name, all archive drives running the campaign by the old name must be manually reconfigured to point to the new name. (Manually reconfigure the drives in Recorder Manager.) This change in configuration requires you to restart the Archiver service. Also, you cannot rename a campaign for which a Tenant is specified.

Procedure 

  1. Click Recording Management > Campaigns > Settings.

    Currently defined campaigns are listed under the Campaigns heading on the left side of the page.

  2. Highlight the campaign to change.

  3. Change the definition as required.

    You cannot edit the Tenant setting of a campaign.

  4. To change the conditions applied by the campaign, click Conditions.

    Changing campaign conditions does not require a restart of the Archiver service. The new conditions will be picked up on the next query when Enterprise Manager pushes the new data cache.

  5. Click Save to update the campaign.

    To return to the last saved version of the campaign, click Revert.
