Assign the database server roles

Assign the required database roles.

Procedure 

  1. Log in to the Enterprise portal Home page or main UI access point for all WFO applications..

  2. Go to System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager. > Enterprise > Settings.

  3. In the Installations tree, select a server.

  4. Click Server Roles.

  5. Click to select the appropriate role:

    • Archive Database

    • Interaction Applications

  6. Complete the Settings page (if available) for that role.

  7. Click Save.

    The Interaction Applications role is auto-associated with the Archive and Contact Databases.
