Zoom Contact Center CTI Adapter

The Zoom Contact Center Adapter connects the Integration Service to Zoom to receive agent events in real-time. These events are required to synchronize the captured audio and agent screens.

For 1+1 RIS redundancy, create two adapters, and configure a unique WebSocket URL on each. The URLs are in the server-to-server OAuth app created in the customer's Zoom App Marketplace.

Procedure 

  1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup. Under Integration Service, click Settings.

  2. Click Create, then select Zoom Contact Center Adapter.

    Description

    Adapter Name

    Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case-sensitive.

    Description

    Optional. Enter a description of the adapter.

    Adapter Type

    A read-only field that lists the adapter selected previously.

    Startup Type

    Change this setting only when advised by Verint support.

    Startup Type: How the adapter behaves after the host server restarts. The options are:

    • Automatic: Default. The adapter starts automatically when the host server starts.

    • Manual. The adapter starts only when a user clicks the Start button.

    • Disabled. The adapter does not run when the host server starts.

    DataSource

    Select the Zoom Contact Center Application data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. created for this customer.

  5. Under General Settings, in Event Subscription WebSocket URL enter the URL specified in the server-to-server OAuth Integration that was created in the customer's Zoom Marketplace.

  6. Click Save.
