Cisco Webex CC Webhook Adapter

The Cisco Webex CC Webhook Adapter connects the Recorder Integration Service (RIS) to the Cisco Webex Contact Center. The adapter sends HTTPS requests to the Cisco Webex Customer Experience (CX) API. It registers the fully qualified domain name of the RIS server and subscribes to the real-time call events that trigger screen recording.

Connection settings are defined in the Cisco Webex Data Source.

Procedure 

  1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup. Under Integration Adapters, click Settings.

  2. Click Create, then select Cisco Webex Contact Center Webhook Adapter.

  3. Specify the following parameters:

    Adapter Name

    Type a unique name for this adapter.

    Description

    Optional. Change the description of the adapter to include any identifying information, such as your company name.

    Startup Type

    When set to Automatic (default), the adapter starts automatically whenever the server is started.

    DataSource

    Select the LAN data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. that you created for the Cisco Webex Contact Center.

  4. Click Save.
