Microsoft Teams BOT Adapter

The Microsoft Teams BOT Adapter connects to Azure for audio and video recordings.

Before you begin 

In Enterprise Manager, locate the server on which the RAPS role is enabled and launch Recorder Manager for that server.

Procedure 

  1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup then Integration Service.

  2. Under Settings, click Create.

  3. Select MS Teams Bot Adapter.

  4. Enter the following settings:

    Field

    Description

    Adapter Name

    Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case-sensitive.

    Description

    Optional: Type a description of the adapter.

    Adapter Type

    A read-only field that lists the adapter selected above.

    Startup Type

    Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.

    DataSource

    Select the Application data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. you created previously.

    Private IP

    Enter the private IP address of the Recording BOT Virtual Machine to which the the web service endpoints are bound.

    Public IP

    Enter the public IP address of the Recording BOT Virtual Machine.

    Service CName

    Enter the DNS CNAME for the hosting Virtual Machine on the public domain.

    Certificate Thumbprint

    Enter the thumbprint that was generated when you uploaded your certficate to Azure.

  5. Click Save.
