Microsoft Teams Chat Adapter
The Microsoft Teams Chat Adapter connects to Azure through the API and registers for messages related to chat sessions.
Procedure

In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup then Integration Service.

Under Settings, click Create.

Select Microsoft Teams Chat Adapter.

Enter the following settings:
Field
Description
Adapter Name
Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case-sensitive.
Description
Optional: Type a description of the adapter.
Adapter Type
A read-only field that lists the selected adapter.
Startup Type
Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.
DataSource
Select the Application data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. you created previously.
Application (client) ID
Enter the Application (client) ID created when registering the application in Azure.
Directory (tenant) ID
Enter the Directory (tenant) ID created when registering the application in Azure. The Directory (tenant) ID should contain Agent’s tenant ID.
Server CNAME
Enter the Canonical Name (CNAME) for the server on which Interaction Capture is installed.
Session Duration
Enter a time in minutes. Sessions are marked as complete and passed to the Ingestion Web Service once they reach this duration.
Security
In this section, specify the details of the CA-signed certificate you created and imported into Azure.
Security Settings
Select one of the following:

No Security - Creates a non-secure connection.

TLS using Keystore - If you select this option, you must also enter a Keystore Filename and a Keystore Password. The keystore password should be the same as your private key password.

TLS using Verint system SSL certificates - Uses Verint system certificates from their default location.
Keystore Filename
Type the file name (or path and file name) for the generated key.
Keystore Password
Enter the password for the keystore.
Client Secret
Enter the client secret generated when setting up certificates and secrets in Azure.
Certificate Thumbprint
Enter the thumbprint that was generated when you uploaded the certificate to Azure.
Keystore Format
Select JKS or PKCS. Must match the format of the file specified in the Keystore Filename field.
