BroadWorks CTI Adapter

Procedure 

1. In Recorder Manager, go to General Setup > Integration Service > Settings.

2. Click Create, then select BroadWorks XSI CTI.

3. Complete the following settings:

   Field	Description
   Adapter Name	Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case sensitive.
   Description	Type a description of the adapter (optional).
   Adapter Type	A read-only field that lists the adapter selected above.
   Startup Type	Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.
   DataSource	Select the BroadWorks data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. that you created previously.
   Hostname	Type the FQDN of the Broadworks XSP server’s public entrance.
   Server Port	The server port is 8011 by default for non-secured connections.
   User name	Type the user name for the enterprise admin that manages all users in the Enterprise specified below.
   Password	Type the password for the above user name.
   Enterprise name	Type the Enterprise name configured on the BroadWorks side.

4. Click Save.
