Intelligent Self Service Adaptive Fraud

An Intelligent Self Service Adaptive Fraud Adapter provides a link between the Recorder Integration Service and both the call data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. and the Intelligent Self Service Adaptive Fraud API.

Procedure 

  1. In Recorder Manager, click General Setup > Integration Service > Settings > Create.

  2. Select Intelligent Self Service Adaptive Fraud.

  3. Enter the following settings:

    Description

    Adapter Name

    Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case sensitive.

    Description

    Optional: Type a description of the adapter.

    Adapter Type

    A read-only field that lists the adapter selected above.

    Run From

    This adapter is run from the Recorder Integration Service.

    Startup Type

    Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.

    DataSource

    Select the data source for the calls the adapter should track.

  4. In the User name, Password, Organization, and Application, and Division fields, enter the credentials used for the API account.

  5. Click Save.
