Avaya Oceana
Create an adapter to allow the Recorder Integration Service to obtain Oceana events.
Procedure

In Recorder Manager, click General Setup > Integration Service > Settings > Create.

Select Avaya Oceana Adapter.

Enter the following settings:
Field
Description
Adapter Name
Type a unique name for this adapter. Do not use any special characters or characters that truncate xml. This field is not case-sensitive.
Description
Optional: Type a description of the adapter.
Adapter Type
A read-only field that lists the adapter selected above.
Run From
This adapter is run from the Recorder Integration Service.
Startup Type
Select a startup type: Automatic, Manual, or Disabled.
DataSource
Select the Avaya data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. for the Communication Manager.
Avaya Breeze Cluster IP Address
The IP address at which you are contacting Avaya Breeze.
Enable Multi Cluster Configuration
If you are deploying Avaya Oceana clusters, select this check box to enable multi cluster configuration. Unchecked by default.
Authorization Service Cluster IP address
If you enable multi cluster configuration, this field is required. Enter the IP address the cluster uses to contact The entire communication experience for a customer, from beginning to end. the Avaya Authorization Service.
External Client Id
Enter the Id generated when you authorized the Recorder Integration Service adapter using its certificate in Avaya Breeze. The Id appears in Avaya Breeze under Configuration > Authorization > Clients.
Process Agent Event
To configure this adapter to process login/logout and agent state events, select this check box.
Java Keystore File
Enter the name of the Java KeyStore file you created previously, along with its path.
Java Keystore Password
Enter the password for the previously mentioned file.
Client Certificate Alias
Type the alias for the certificate. This alias was created with the PKCS keystore. In the following example, "clientcert" is the alias:
openssl pkcs12 -export -name clientcert -in AvayaOceana.crt -inkey AvayaOceana.key -out AvayaOceanaKeyStore.p12
