Interaction Capture server role associations
In addition to associating your Recorder environment with the Interaction Capture role, you must also associate the Interaction Capture role itself with exactly one instance of the Recorder Ingestion Web Service (IWS) role.
When there are multiple IWS roles in a site, the Interaction Capture role will be auto-associated to all of them when it is first enabled. However, in practice it must only be associated with one instance of an IWS role (the multiple association will create a role constraint violation warning in Enterprise Manager). You must manually edit the Interaction Capture role Associations tab and choose only one instance of the role with which to associate it. (Typically this should be the instance that is on the same server as Interaction Capture.)
