Unify (Siemens) OSV SIP Proxy Adapter

SIP proxy detection Function of the IAFD product that compares a caller’s voice to one or more voiceprints in a watch list to detect if a target is participating in a call. allows the IP recorder to identify the SIP proxies, by processing SIP REGISTER and its OK response messages. This proxy IP address is used to determine the direction (inbound or outbound) of the SIP calls. This direction is then used to identify the extension in order to record the call, and also to tag the extension number.

For this solution, CTI is required for tagging and for segmentation purposes. An additional CTI adapter is required, one of either Unify (Siemens) CSTA Adapter or Unify (Siemens) OSCC Adapter.
