Configuration Checker
If you are using Enterprise Manager to manage servers that record telephone calls or record screen activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule., you should understand how to use the Configuration Checker utility.
The Configuration Checker utility allows you to detect configuration problems related to recording systems (managed servers that operate together to support telephone call or screen activity recording).
You can launch Configuration Checker from any node of the Installations tree, and also from the Data Sources, Attributes, or Rules windows by clicking the ‘check configuration’ icon
at the top right of applicable windows.
The Configuration Checker shows a list of any current configuration issues, and makes recommendations for resolving the problems.
You must have the necessary security privileges to run the checker tool, including the Run Configuration Checker privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. (configured in the Roles Setup window).
