Avaya Aura Contact Center
Use the following procedure to create an Avaya Aura adapter.
Procedure

Choose General Setup > Integration Adapters > Settings.

Click Create.

Select Aura AACC Adapter.

Specify settings for this adapter in the right-hand pane, referring to the following table (all fields are required unless otherwise indicated):

Description
Local Servlet Port
A port on the local Integration Service machine on which to listen for connections from CCT. The default is 8889.
Enable Secure Connection
Select this check box to use TLS to secure communication using the adapter.
Process Agent Event
Select this check box to configure this adapter to process login/logout and agent state events.
Enable Debug Logging
Select to enable trace level logging.
CCT Server
CCT Server Hostname
The hostname or IP address of the Avaya CCT server. The default is server.
CCT Server Port
The port on which the CCT server listens. The default is 9080.
CCT Server Domain
Domain configured for the CCT server API.
CCT Server User
Username to log into the CCT server API. The default is CallRecordUser.
CCT Server Password
Password to log into the CCT server API.
AURA Version
Specify an Aura version or set to Auto Detect.
TLS Parameters
Complete the settings in this section to use Transport Layer Security (TLS).
KeyStore File
Enter the path to your generated KeyStore File.
Password
Enter the password for the KeyStore.
File format
Select the file format that matches that of the file specified in the KeyStore File field.
