Monitoring and troubleshooting agent desktops or devices
A Desktop Status screen is available to support monitoring and troubleshooting efforts related to WFO desktop software components that are installed on individual desktops or devices. These software components support screen recording, the Face-to-Face Recorder application, Agent Initiated Monitoring, Desktop and Process Analytics (DPA) Product in the system that captures events and data from employee desktops and makes them actionable., and more.
The Desktop Status screen shows a list of all desktops in the system on which a WFO desktop software component is installed.
The Desktop Status screen also includes a "Collect Logs" feature that enables you to collect log files from the software components installed on individual desktops.
