Reset your password

If you have WFO credentials, you can reset your WFO password when you have an email address associated with your user profile. This procedure is often required when you have been assigned a default password by the system.

This feature may not be supported by the user authentication system used at your company.

Procedure 

  1. On the WFO Sign in page, enter your username and click Continue.

  2. Select the Reset Password link.

  3. Enter the information required to identify yourself.

  4. Select Continue.

    You receive a message that a temporary password has been sent to the email address specified in your user profile.

  5. Go to your email account, and retrieve the temporary password.

  6. Use the link in the email to return to the Sign In page.

  7. Sign in to WFO using your temporary password.

  8. After you are signed in, change your password.
